Meera is passionate about encouraging people to meet their fitness goals by helping them make positive and consistent changes in their lives.
She believes that consistency and motivation are the keys to success. The strongest inspiration for her as a trainer is when she is able to bring out that drive in her clients to work beyond their perceived limitations. And seeing them progress with their fitness level is what, in turn, motivates her.
The main elements of her successful, enjoyable classes are: fun, team & partner work and togetherness.
She firmly believes exercise should never be a chore; rather it should be an activity that is looked forward to! This sense of fun, passion and excitement is something she attempts to pass on to her clients.
Meera offers various group classes such as Yoga, Dance Yoga, Pilates, Group Resistance Training, Zumba Fitness, Zumba Gold, and Fuzecraze Rhythm and Dance. Participants always leave the class with a sense of achievement as she makes sure that her sessions are easy to follow for beginners while also adding a layer of difficulty to challenge more advanced participants. At the same time, her priority is always to make sure the moves are safe and effective.
Meera’s classes are available for corporates, private clubs and, for the public, at certain community centres (CC) in Singapore.
To start Private Group Classes- minimum number of participants needed is 10- 12
