Group Exercise (GX): The Practical Way™ – 5 CEUs
Group exercise is an exciting profession that continues to evolve. Today, group exercise instructors teach all types of classes including choreography-based modalities such as step, high-low and dance exercise classes, sports conditioning and boot camp-style workouts, indoor cycling, yoga, Pilates, group resistance training, aquatics training and the list goes on. While instructing each one of these formats requires special skills, the skills inherent for overall successful group instruction remain the same.
